Private requests (guest privacy) makes SharePoint itself show guests only their own items. System health & access validates and repairs lists and re-applies security. Licence shows the plan, trial countdown, seats in use and activation. Members get their own view too: Availability and preferences under the avatar (out-of-office, delegate, capacity, skills).

Licence page: Enterprise trial status with days left, activation box for signed keys, seat usage and plan feature summary.
Licence. Trial state, signed-key activation (TM1.… per tenant), seats and what each plan unlocks.
My day as Priya, a member: the same workspace with admin pages replaced by Settings, showing her own assignments and reminders.
Member view. Members get the full workspace; Admin becomes Settings with just their preferences.
